| 1. Agreement to Official Rules

By entering the "Free Oil Changes for One Year" Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes"), participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of R&E Auto Repair, which are final and binding in all respects. Participation constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these terms.

| 2. Eligibility

• This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the State of Texas who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

• Limit one (1) entry per household, regardless of entry method.

• ​Void where prohibited. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

| 3. Promotion Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM CST on December 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM CST on December 31, 2025 (the "Promotion Period").

| 4. How to Enter

A. Service Entry (Purchase Not Required)

Receive one (1) entry ticket by completing a qualifying radiator flush service, including a winter readiness check, at R&E Auto Repair during the Promotion Period.

B. No Purchase Necessary – Alternate Free Method of Entry (AMOE)

Enter without purchasing by either of the following methods:

   1. In-Person Entry: Visit R&E Auto Repair during normal business hours and request one (1) free Sweepstakes entry form.

   2. Mail-In Entry: Send a handwritten entry including your full legal name, mailing address, phone number, and email to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 31, 2025, and received by January 2, 2026.

 

All entries—paid or free—receive one (1) chance to win and have equal odds of winning. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Entry Requirements:

• Each ticket stub or AMOE entry must list the entrant's full legal name and contact information.

• Entries missing complete and valid contact information will be void.

| 5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

Free Oil Changes for One (1) Year, defined as twelve (12) months or up to 20,000 miles, whichever occurs first.

Each qualifying oil change includes:

• Up to 6 quarts of full synthetic oil

• One standard oil filter

Additional fees may apply for premium oils, specialty filters, oversized engines, or additional services. The prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.

| 6. Winner Selection and Notification

• A random drawing will be held on Saturday, January 3, 2026, live at R&E Auto Repair and streamed on the R&E Auto Repair Facebook page.

• The winner does not need to be present to win.

• The winner will be notified via phone and email within 14 days of the drawing.

• If the winner does not respond within the time provided in the notification, an alternate winner may be selected.

| 7. Identification Requirement

• To claim the prize, the winner must present a valid, government-issued photo ID.

• The name on the ID must match the name listed on the entry ticket or AMOE form.

• If the names do not match, the entry will be void and an alternate winner selected.

| 8. Liability Release and Privacy

• By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless R&E Auto Repair, its employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising out of participation or prize use.

• Personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of this Sweepstakes and will not be sold or shared with third parties, except as necessary to administer the Sweepstakes.

• By providing an email address, entrants consent to receive occasional promotional messages from R&E Auto Repair. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time.

| 9. General Conditions

• R&E Auto Repair reserves the right to verify eligibility, reject incomplete or fraudulent entries, and modify, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes at any time if fraud, technical issues, or other causes compromise its integrity or proper functioning.

• All decisions made by R&E Auto Repair regarding this Sweepstakes are final and binding.
